Job Title: Director – Business Solutions

Are you a seasoned business leader looking to drive growth and revenue through strategic presales leadership? We are seeking a highly experienced Presales Leader to own and drive presales activities across the US region.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong business acumen, proven expertise in presales and bid management, and the ability to collaborate with sales and delivery teams to design winning solutions. This individual will act as the business bridge between clients, sales, and delivery, ensuring business growth through effective solutioning, proposal management, and sales enablement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all presales activities for the US region, ensuring pipeline nurturing and revenue enablement.
  • Drive sales cycles from initial qualification to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Engage with CXO-level clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and present solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across domains and geographies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in Presales, Sales Engineering, and Bid Management within IT services.
  • Strong exposure to global clients (preferably US market).
  • Demonstrated success in leading presales functions and enabling revenue growth.
