As an operations manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a team and ensure they are working efficiently to meet project goals. You will be responsible for managing workflows, ensuring schedule adherence, and implementing effective operations management strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily workflow management to ensure maximum capacity to the project pool
  • Ensure schedule adherence for self and team members
  • Effective operations management by overcoming daily hurdles such as absenteeism, erratic workflow, and ad-hoc requests
  • Constant communication with US offices through calls and emails
  • Prepare accurate reports and submit timely to desired recipients
  • Perform random quality checks on volumes processed by team members
  • Conduct daily meetings with team members and provide timely process updates to maintain quality
