Job Overview

The Souled Store is one of India's fastest growing lifestyle brands.

Our company specializes in youth focused products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons.

We also focus on the latest fashion trends in men and women wear apparel categories.

Additionally, we are expanding to new categories including action figures, backpacks, collectibles, footwear, and kidswear.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage retail and last mile delivery functions for any ecommerce brand or platform.
  • Responsible for handling entire retail operation and warehouse operation.
  • Follow standard operating procedures strictly.
  • Coordinate between stores team and warehouse team for smooth operation.
  • Negotiate and handle day to day operations with 3rd party operator for logistics and last mile delivery.
  • Generate invoices and e-way bills.
  • Reconcile transporter billing and invoices.
  • Analyze store inward, outward and find out the root cause of any issues.
  • Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies and report any issues.
  • Short inventory received at store and vice versa.
  • Inventory closing of any inventory movement happens between stores and warehouses.
  • Take follow ups with stores, Logistics and between other teams.
  • Make management information system reports and circulate to respective departments.
  • Manage core team of warehouse operations retail team.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Experience of handling at least 80 stores warehouse day to day operations.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  3. Strong leadership skills with cross functional team and communication skills.
  4. A hustler who can get things done and decision maker, with little or no supervision.
  5. Knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems will be an added advantage.
  6. Excellent customer service and people skills.
General Retail Knowhow
  • Tracking, understanding, and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Microsoft office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint).
