Job Title: Warehouse Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented leader to head our warehouse operations. The role requires strong expertise in end-to-end warehouse management, customer service, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Manage and oversee warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Performance Optimization: Drive efficiency in inbound logistics, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and delivery processes.
  • Solutioning & Process Improvement: Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, workforce planning, and material handling systems.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers; ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and excellent customer service.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.

Key Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in operational design, customer service, and process improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, local regulations, and labor laws.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
