Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of a range of goods.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing warehouse operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks within defined timeframes, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
  • Oversee warehousing and distribution operations
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
  • Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for dispatches and returns
  • Generate e-way bills, good receipts, and check vendor invoices
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or fulfillment center environment
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP packages such as SAP is an added advantage
  • Graduate degree with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform tasks efficiently
