Job Overview

This senior-level role oversees the operations team, driving strategic direction and spearheading initiatives to enhance job monitoring, scheduling, configuration, and maintenance of batch jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues ensuring seamless experience.
  • Develop and implement operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and elevate user satisfaction.
  • Log, prioritize, and collaborate with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
  • Monitor critical issues, escalate as needed, and provide workarounds for unsupported functionality.
  • Assist in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to boost service delivery and user satisfaction.
Technical Expertise
  • 10+ years' experience in database and application development and support.
  • Proven SQL Language expertise with high-performing SQL.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
