Job Title

At our organization, we seek a seasoned leader to oversee the Lease Abstraction team. This key role will be responsible for driving daily operations and ensuring the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of Local Managed Services in India
  • Leadership and people management of Managed Services employees
  • Engagement with global business leaders to build and support the Managed Services team
  • Driving global integration and standardization in India
  • Collaboration with global and local leadership on resource management and development
Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of experience in Lease Abstraction or a related field, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for managing abstraction projects, training and onboarding new abstractors, and ensuring the team's growth and development.

They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The candidate should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.

In addition, the candidate should have a proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, with a focus on employee development and growth. They should also be able to develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and drive business results.
