Product Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Growth Specialist to lead customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute product-focused growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Design and implement rewards & loyalty programs to boost customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies and improve business outcomes.
  • Lead A/B tests and experiments to validate ideas and inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred.
  • 4-6 years of total experience, with at least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases or top-tier consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python).
  • Hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
