Job Title: Chief Human Capital Strategist

Role Overview

The Chief Human Capital Strategist will play a pivotal role in managing all human capital activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading human resources operations and demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and employee engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Strategy & Operations

    Partner with senior management to define and implement the human capital strategy that aligns with the business goals of the organization. Lead organizational design and workforce planning efforts to support business growth.

    Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in dynamic environments, ensuring timely hiring to meet operational needs.

  2. Human Capital Development

    Oversee all human capital development including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

    Implement robust human capital policies and processes tailored to the needs of the organization, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.

    Drive continuous improvement in human capital processes, with a focus on operational efficiency and employee experience.

  3. Employee Engagement & Culture

    Foster a positive work environment that reflects the organization's values, encouraging engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the team.

    Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management on human capital-related issues, ensuring proactive resolution of employee concerns and conflicts.

  4. HR Analytics & Reporting

    Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of human capital programs and initiatives.

    Regularly report on human capital metrics (hiring, retention, employee satisfaction, etc.) to senior leadership.

  5. Change Management & Leadership

    Lead the human capital aspects of business transitions, including scaling teams, mergers, or reorganization efforts.

    Act as a change agent, driving initiatives that support business transformation and cultural alignment in dynamic environments.
