Job Title: Human Capital Management Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant. As an HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering top-class support and inspiring customer loyalty.

Your primary focus will be on implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. You will operate independently to provide quality work products to engagements, performing varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements and provide solution-based recommendations
  • Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects
  • Effectively advise management of customer organizations
  • Participate in business development activities
  • Design and build complex requirements in Oracle EBS HRMS R12
  • Conduct design workshops and build workbooks and documentation to support system design

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of total experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations
  • Experience in OTL, Learning, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management
  • Experience of Fast Formula, Retro functionalities
  • Good knowledge of functional flows of HRMS Cycles
  • Good to have knowledge of Finance
  • Bachelor of Engineering or master's degree in business administration (MBA)
