Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to join our team. As an expert in the field, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the client's HCM solution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, etc.
  • Deliver high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, leveraging extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Develop functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • Perform system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Actively contribute to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Drive process improvements and recommend innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Familiarity with the data model of HCM Schemas and PL/SQL is a plus.
  • Work with technical streams and provide mentorship on integrations, conversions, and reports.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues or problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment.
  • Good understanding of HRMS Cycles and Finance principles.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on the functional aspect.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Must have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, especially in modules such as Fusion Payroll, Fusion Core HR, Fusion Absences, Fusion Talent Modules, OTL.
  • Ability to provide technical and functional support to end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are highly valued.
