Job Description:

We are on the hunt for seasoned consultants who can help our clients achieve success with our products. The ideal candidate will have experience in OTL, learning, compensation and benefits, talent management, and strong skills in at least one or two modules.

  • Experience in Fast Formula and Retro functionalities
  • Good knowledge of data model of HCM Schemas, PL/SQL
  • Design, build, and configuration of complex requirements in Oracle EBS HRMS R12

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting design workshops, building workbooks, and documenting system designs. They will also need to configure applications in a client-facing role, conduct architecture, design, and solution workshops, and conceptualize and articulate integration designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5-10 years of total experience in EBS or cloud application implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
