Senior HR Executive Job

We are looking for a seasoned Human Resources expert to lead employee experience initiatives, manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, coordinate global training programs, support learning management systems, and contribute to HR analytics.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including creating tailored onboarding experiences, developing and implementing comprehensive training plans, managing Learning Management Systems (e.g., Udemy), and fostering employee engagement and recognition programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute customized onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the organization.
  • Develop and implement training initiatives that cater to diverse learning needs, leveraging internal and external resources.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in Learning Management Systems, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning, including talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Analyze and interpret HR metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects, such as HRMS implementation and employee feedback initiatives.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Engagement, or Learning & Development.
  • Prior experience in HRMS implementation and employee engagement initiatives is highly desirable.
