Job Title: Relationship Manager- Bancassurance
Job Description:- Lead generation from assigned banks.
- Cross-selling of financial products to bank customers.
- Customer business development and relationship management.
- Employee on the insurance company payroll.
- Appointment scheduling, customer financial needs assessment, product selection, sales documentation completion, and agreement acquisition.
- Preferred experience in Life/Health/GI Insurance.
- Customer acquisition through bank database utilization, foot traffic, and generated prospects.
- Responsible for sales completion by facilitating medical report completion and prompt policy document issuance.
- Exploring opportunities for new markets and segments aligned with the company's sales strategy.
Minimum 1 year sales experience in any insurance channel. Suitable candidates have experience in insurance, banking, pharma, retail, telecommunication, and other sales verticals.
