Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development and Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in business development and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a flair for design, and a keen interest in leveraging digital tools and platforms.

Job Location: Coimbatore

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Create engaging marketing materials and social media posts using Canva.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance marketing and business development processes.
  • Research and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain and update the company's LinkedIn profile and engage with the professional community.
  • Perform basic computer tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Support the team with various administrative and marketing-related tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • [Must] Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • [Must] Proficient in basic computer operations with fast typing and navigation skills.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing and business development.
  • Willingness to work from the office (No work from home).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
  • Experience with Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and its features is a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
