Strategic Business Partner Role

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the human resources agenda and managing employee life cycles. You will work closely with stakeholders to design and align people strategy and programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement strategic people plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Oversee the full employee life cycle, including engagement, talent management, performance management, and learning and development initiatives.
  • Conduct regular touch points with employees to understand their needs and concerns, and provide insights to clients on a real-time basis.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with central HR teams to support recruitment, compensation and benefits, resource planning, objective setting, performance management, learning and development, rewards and recognition, succession planning, talent management, and more.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters, providing guidance on compliance, policy rollouts, and change management.
  • Build strong relationships and influence with stakeholders across the organization to achieve results.

Requirements:

  • A creative problem solver with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Business acumen with the ability to connect industry trends and ecosystem changes.
  • 10-12 years of experience in human resources business partnering activities.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Preferably a postgraduate degree in human resources from a reputable institution.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to operate effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
