Key Strategic Partner Role

The Human Resources team is looking for a dynamic HR Partner who can execute a full spectrum of HR deliverables that align with our business strategic goals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a global, high-performing company and grow your HR expertise.

You will be an integral part of the organization's HR team, partnering with business leaders to ensure we have the organizational and people capability to win. You will thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment, working with stakeholders around the world, delivering both strategic and tactical HR support in a global capacity to employees and managers.

This includes utilizing strong business acumen to drive organizational initiatives, coaching leaders at all levels of the organization, working with employees, and partnering with specialist functions - such as recruiting, talent development, and compensation - to execute people strategies and processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational initiatives
  • Coach and develop leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Partner with specialist functions to execute people strategies and processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a global organization
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
