Job Title: Culture Champion and HR Strategist

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Human Resources department. As the Head of HR, you will be responsible for driving transformation and embedding our organisational culture.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to champion our company values through inspirational behaviour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring the effective management of all HR functions.
  • Culture Development: Embed our organisational culture across the organisation, fostering a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Talent Management: Lead the development of talent management strategies, identifying and developing high-potential employees to drive future growth.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, providing guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Develop and implement strategies to promote diversity, equity and inclusion within the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in HR, with a proven track record in strategic leadership and talent management.
  • Skill Set: Strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to think innovatively and rationally about concerns.
