
Sales and Customer Success Technology Strategist

As a business development manager at Total CollectR, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing our sales and customer success technology stack.
This role requires a detail-oriented and data-driven individual who has experience with HubSpot or similar CRMs. You should be able to create order out of chaos and help sales and success teams work smarter.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, customize, and optimize the CRM to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Create automations, workflows, and reports that make our teams faster and smarter.
- Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and integrity across the system.
- Train users, enforce best practices, and be the go-to expert for CRM questions.
- Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, performance, and retention.
- 3+ years of CRM administration/management experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing processes in a SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable managing integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
- Clear communicator with the ability to train and coach team members.
