The ideal candidate will lead the creation and execution of CRM journeys and automations to boost customer conversion and promotional communications for a specific line of business. This role requires managing cross-functional and geographical stakeholders to deliver on set campaign objectives, innovating new campaign types, and identifying opportunities for increasing deliverability.

This position involves partnering closely with Growth Managers, technical and creative colleagues across the organization, including product managers, engineers, experience designers, content strategists, researchers, creatives, legal, operations, policy, and PR teams. The successful candidate will develop, measure, and reach objectives and key results at pace without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data-driven insights to design and execute targeted customer journeys and automations.
  • Develop and manage stakeholder relationships across functions and geographies to drive campaign success.
  • Innovate new campaign types and identify opportunities for increasing deliverability.
  • Partner with Growth Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and measure campaign objectives and key results.
