**Job Title:** Technical Assistance Center Specialist

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our Voice Network Operations and Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team.

**About the Role:** As a TAC Engineer, you will be responsible for managing voice/telecom networks, troubleshooting VoIP services, and collaborating with global vendors and carriers to ensure seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end support for telecom services from ticket creation to resolution.
  • Management and troubleshooting of Hosted PBX, SIP Trunking, PRI, Toll-Free Services, Long Distance, and Audio Conferencing.
  • Diagnosing VoIP call issues including ASR, ACD, PDD, Dead Air, DTMF, codec mismatches, one-way audio, DID, and Toll-Free.
  • Monitoring and management of network entities including routers, switches, NGN, soft switches, SBCs, gateways, and Tx equipment.
  • Proactive monitoring on Dialogic NGN, Sansay, Acme/Oracle SBCs, Cisco ONS, and other telecom hardware.
  • Collaboration with vendors on T1/T3 circuits and head-to-head testing on transport layers.
  • Investigation and resolution of fraud-related cases, providing escalation support by analyzing SIP/SS7 traces, CDRs, and switch logs.
  • SLA adherence and timely updates to customers and vendors.
  • Troubleshooting of VoIP features including answering rules, music on hold, and calling card services.

**Requirements:**

We seek candidates with strong knowledge of CUCM, SIP/SS7 protocols, SBCs, NGN, and VoIP troubleshooting. Familiarity with telecom hardware such as Dialogic, Sansay, Acme/Oracle SBCs, Cisco ONS, routers, and switches is also required. Certifications like CCNA Voice / CCNP Voice are an added advantage. Excellent communication skills (oral and written), analytical and problem-solving abilities, and ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal tools and applications are essential for this role.
