Telecommunications Expert Role

Overview of the Job

This position requires an expert in telecommunications, with a focus on integration, deployment and upgrade of SDM nodes. The ideal candidate should have experience in performing integration, deployment and upgrade tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integration of SDM nodes;
  • Deployment of new SDM nodes;
  • Upgrade of existing SDM nodes;

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate should possess excellent consultation skills and be able to drive solutions as per customer requirements. In addition, they should have working knowledge of AUSF-UDM, HLR and HSS nodes.

Technical Experience

The candidate should have knowledge of GSM, SS7, SIGTRAN DIAMETER protocol. They should also have working knowledge of ONE-NDS/SDL node VNF, CNF BM, 5G, IMS GSM call flows. Additionally, experience with Implementation, Integration, Acceptance Tests, Upgrades, OM Troubleshooting on telecommunication core products is required.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of LDAP, DAP, SOAP, Wireshark, Linux, Telco Cloud is highly desirable. The candidate should also have ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic software problems pertaining to SDM Nodes.

Additional Information

HLS / HSS Migration experience is added advantage. Exposure to Kubernetes, VNF and CNF is also beneficial.
