Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecommunications Officer, located in Chennai. The Telecommunications Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the telecommunications systems, overseeing network design, and ensuring effective communication channels within the organization. Additional responsibilities include providing customer service, managing a team, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new technologies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Telecommunications and Network Design
  • Proven Team Management abilities
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues
  • Proficiency in relevant telecommunications technologies and softwares
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in a non-governmental organization is a plus
