Telecommunications Systems Specialist

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and its features, including user provisioning, phone management, and extension configuration.
- Expertise in voice troubleshooting, including call quality issues, registration failures, codec mismatches, and SIP/H323 signaling.
- Experience with Unity Connection and voicemail configuration, including profile setup, template creation, and auto attendant deployment.
- Proficiency in dial plan management, including route pattern handling, translation rule configuration, and digit manipulation.
- Familiarity with extension mobility and CTI integrations, as well as softphone setups.
- Ability to manage phone button templates, soft key layouts, and firmware upgrades.
- Skills in MACD execution, ticket resolution, monitoring tools, and change management.
