Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows systems, hardware troubleshooting, and networking fundamentals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Desktop Engineer/System Engineer/System Administrator/IT Support Engineer role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools (Team Viewer, Any Desk, RDP).
  • Knowledge of system imaging and backup solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS: Cisco CCNA (basic understanding helpful for hardware evaluation).
