Senior Systems Engineer - IT Service Management / Technology Analyst - IT Services

  • Job Description: We seek an experienced Windows Server Administrator to join our team.
  • This role involves providing high-level support and maintenance for our Windows-based infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in Windows server administration, configuration, and upgradation. Familiarity with O365 applications, Windows OS, software installation, outlook, and server troubleshooting is essential. Additionally, knowledge of datacenter management, endpoint security management, active directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and virtualization technologies is required. Experience in handling major incidents and troubleshooting in a Windows domain environment is also necessary.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in Windows domain administration and hold a degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team are also highly valued.
