We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to join our global team. As a remote employee, you'll collaborate with a US-based manager and a dedicated team focused on technical excellence and continuous innovation.

Job Overview

This position involves delivering end-to-end network support and providing innovative engineering solutions for a leading telecommunications company.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with GTD-5 switches, requiring 5+ years of experience.
  • Deliver Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, including fault isolation and resolution.
  • Interface with customers, support teams, and vendors to resolve network problems.
  • Guide field teams on proper trouble isolation and hardware replacement.
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers.
  • Ensure accurate, timely ticket updates and participate in an on-call rotation.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' hands-on GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience with call processing and translations.
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance.
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively.
  • Degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
