Job Title: Senior Voice Solutions Expert

Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and a clear understanding of VOIP protocols, including SIP, H.323, and MGCP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions with advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of VOIP protocols and ITIL processes.
  • Work on voice network deployment models and understand the functioning of voice network devices.
  • Utilize knowledge of VOIP and Performance Management Tools for integration with other tools.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to resolve telecommunication issues and OEMs for incident resolution.
  • Perform advanced remote/on-site troubleshooting activities, including system design issues, upgrade plans, and creation of technical product documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in supporting Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions.
  • Strong understanding of VOIP protocols, ITIL processes, and voice network deployment models.
  • Experience with Cisco Voice platform, CUCM/UCCE/UCCH/CVP, and third-party call recording platforms.
  • Knowledge of VOIP and Performance Management Tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
