Voice Engineer III Pls get India JC)

We are seeking an experienced Voice Engineer III to join our team. In this role, you will have at least 5+ years of voice architecture, design, implementation, and/or operations experience in a mid-sized corporation or service provider infrastructure. Your expertise in voice technologies is crucial for delivering comprehensive technology solutions for our clients' transformative business initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have demonstrated skills in voice technologies and experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Teams voice deployments for both Direct Routing and Operator Connect. Strong working experience with provisioning and scripting with tools such as PowerShell, Graph API, and other APIs is required. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for success in this role.

You will be working closely with Manager and other members of the implementation and/or operations team. If possible, we require applicants with certifications such as Microsoft MS – 700, MS – 721, MD – 102, Ribbon PSX Support Professional, SBC Core Support Professional, EMS/Ramp Implementation and Support Professional, SIP School SSCA, and SSVVP.

  • Job Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of voice architecture, design, implementation, and/or operations experience
  • Expertise in voice technologies and Microsoft Teams voice deployments
