Job Title: Voice Communications Expert

We are seeking a skilled Voice Communications Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex voice communication systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice over internet protocol (VoIP) technologies, including experience with Microsoft Teams voice deployments, Direct Routing, and Operator Connect. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong working experience with provisioning and scripting tools such as PowerShell and Graph API.

  • Design, implement, and maintain complex voice communication systems
  • Develop and deploy modern applications and secure, scalable platforms
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize system operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of VoIP architecture, design, implementation, and/or operations experience
  • Demonstrated skills in VoIP technologies, including Microsoft Teams voice deployments
  • Experience with Direct Routing and Operator Connect
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong working experience with provisioning and scripting tools
