Job Title: Voice and Accent Specialist

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training, with a preference for 2+ years in training management

Work Location: Chennai

Job Summary: To identify performance gaps in language and soft skills and develop suitable training solutions to address these gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement language and soft skills training programs
  • Identify performance gaps and develop strategies to improve language and soft skills
  • Provide leadership for transaction monitoring processes
  • Measure the effectiveness of language and soft skills training
  • Prepare and deliver tailored courses as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent presentation skills
