Seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Voice and Accent Coach.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced trainer with 5+ years of experience in delivering training programs, preferably with 2+ years in a training leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop customized training solutions to address language and interpersonal skills gaps across all levels of employees.
  • Provide support to frontline customer service representatives in language and interpersonal skills training as per client standards.
  • Identify performance deficits in language and interpersonal skills areas and develop strategies to enhance them.
  • Create content using instructional design principles (Instructor Guide, Student Guide, Exercise Book, Presentation & Knowledge Measure).
  • Develop and deliver tailored courses as required.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrate excellent presentation and communication skills.
