Professional Support Role

This position involves providing voice-based support to clients in the UK, ensuring timely and effective resolution of service-related queries.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing inbound and outbound voice interactions with UK clients in a professional manner.
  • Addressing client issues related to services, transactions, or operational concerns.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to internal teams and following up in a timely manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Experience in international voice-based client support is preferred, particularly with UK clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in international voice-based client support, preferably with UK clients.
  • Excellent spoken English with a neutral or UK-accented tone.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar.
  • Ability to work full-time from an office location.
