About This Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Language Coach to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language training sessions aligned with organizational standards.

A successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the BPO industry, with a strong background in language training, voice and accent coaching, and international calling.

This is an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise and passion for language development to drive performance improvements through effective feedback and learning interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive language, voice, and accent training sessions to meet business requirements.
  • Lead coaching sessions to improve communication and call handling skills among team members.
  • Analyze data from call audits to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Design and deliver customized on-floor coaching and feedback models to enhance learner engagement.
  • Create engaging training materials, flyers, and session plans based on insights from call audit analysis.
  • Collaborate with operations stakeholders to implement and evaluate training programs that align with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation with ability to adapt to diverse accents and dialects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with learners at various levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools and able to create engaging presentations and training materials.
  • Able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop targeted interventions to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international BPO operations with a focus on language development and training.
  • At least 3 years of experience in language, voice, and accent training in an international BPO environment.
  • Graduate in any discipline with a proven track record of delivering high-quality language training sessions.
