Network Optimization Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Network Optimization Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our network infrastructure, ensuring high-quality and reliable service delivery to our customers. You will work closely with other engineers, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify and resolve network issues, implement improvements, and ensure optimal network performance.

  • Lead all 2G/4G/5G counter/KPIs commitment-related discussion (formulas/aggregation/threshold) for periodic or ad-hoc updates/changes (for both OSS and drive tests domains).
  • Required to proceed with the delivery of network planning and optimization projects according to the agreed scope of work (SoW), while managing customer expectations and schedule of acceptance.
  • Performs critical (sometimes escalated) design and performance activities in customer projects independently. These may include complex problem-solving in projects with performance requirements and multi-vendor environments.
  • Support FNI activities which involve tracking KPIs, troubleshooting KPIs with recommendations to meet the FNI activity deliverables target.
  • Provides support to clients/customers (typically on site) in their field of expertise.
  • Required to build a strongly mutual relationship with NPO managers & teams of our customer and boost their satisfaction level.
  • Field implementation & Field performance measurement.
  • Troubleshoot and improve KPIs on Radio Optimization of SRAN, 5G/LTE networks.
  • Help the customer with activation plans, KPI monitoring, report generation, and evaluation of proposed changes and mobility analysis and optimization.
  • OSS KPI Analysis and Improvement, Single Site Verification, Cluster Tuning and Optimization, and Parameter Optimization to meet the target KPI level.
  • KPI Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting.
  • Reactive Optimization/Troubleshooting by NW KPI, UE log, some detail log, and Pro-active Optimization to avoid quality degradations.
