The incumbent will work very closely with the senior team at KNR Management Consultants and oversee the entire HR Function.

The ideal incumbent should have exposure to HR Operations and Talent acquisition across industries. You should be experienced in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates by initial screening, personal interviews, and handling the entire joining process.
  • Maintaining a smooth onboarding process for new joiners
  • Assessing training needs to train, counsel, and coach employees
  • Cultivating and developing a healthy working culture within the organization
  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
  • Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Maintaining pay plans and benefits programs
  • Involving in candidate assessment, screening, and profiling for respective roles
  • Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews, and regular follow-up to maintain a healthy pipeline
