We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our Alloys Steel business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, issue resolution, and personalized support.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns to engage with customers and drive loyalty.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
