Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our Alloys Steel business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Sales & Marketing:
    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, issue resolution, and personalized support.
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to engage with customers and drive loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
