Job Title: Strategic HR Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to lead our organization's human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and benefits.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and organizational goals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Support current and future business needs through employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth and success.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports in compliance with audit and data privacy standards.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
  • Experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
