Lead Time Management Specialist
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading the time management function in our organization. They will work closely with various teams to analyze and resolve issues, improve processes, and provide technical guidance.
They will also be responsible for designing business scenarios and use cases for product mix, including product introduction, specification, and change management required to maximize its adoption/value.
Additionally, they will work with IT product managers to define minimum viable products (MVPs) that satisfy business needs and secure early business feedback to ensure MVPs defined will provide desired value.
Furthermore, they will identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement, and opportunities for process automation.
They will also prototype, configure, test, document, and implement Kronos Time solutions.
Providing consultancy and driving project/solution implementation will be another key responsibility of this role.
Lastly, they will engage with BAs, product managers, and solution architects within and across the product to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise solution.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience on UKG Pro (Cloud Solution)
- Project management experience
- Business experience in Time Management is beneficial
- Effective communicator across different organizational levels in the organization and in English
