Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in Market Access. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), with a proven track record of delivering strategic evidence for global/US market access.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating robust health economics and value-based evidence from global and US perspectives, as well as reviewing and supporting Payer Value Proposition (PVP) development and related materials like the Core Value Dossier (CVD), Burden of Illness (BOI), and other Market Access documents.

Additionally, the candidate will monitor clinical trials and competitor HTA outcomes, maintaining HTA landscape tracking, and work on briefing books, CVP updates, and competitor pricing evolution linked to HTA results.

The role requires excellent analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a strong understanding of health economics, HTA reviews, reimbursement decisions, and payer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience:

  • 6+ years in Market Access/HEOR roles within pharma, CROs, or academia.

Soft skills:

  • Strong written/verbal communication, independent execution, multitasking, and customer orientation.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Technical skills:

  • Solid understanding of health economics, HTA reviews, reimbursement decisions, and payer expectations.
  • Experience with meta-analysis, indirect comparison, RWE, and value communication tools.

Education:

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English (spoken & written).
