Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management Engineer to join our team. As an Identity and Access Management Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing identity and access management systems.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing monitoring systems to track user access and changes.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Analyzing business needs for identity and access management solutions.
  • Implementing identity and access management solutions.
  • Providing functional support throughout the life of projects/products.
  • Deploying IAM solutions, including configuration, installation, and customization of identity management tools.
  • Solving problems, responding to blocking issues, and performing repairs as needed.
  • Reviewing and updating IAM systems to enhance security measures and improve user experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
  • 4 years of experience in Information Systems or related field.
  • Familiarity with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, LDAP).
  • Understanding of security principles, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and compliance standards.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to identify issues or validate outcomes.
  • Skills in managing projects, including planning, execution, and collaborator communication.

Benefits:

This position operates on the second shift, from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST. Candidates must be willing and able to work during these hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
