Overview:
The Identity Governance Engineer/developer will be the senior technical SME in the IAM organization and is responsible to Create and conduct recertification using CA Identity governance, Manage/ drive recertification reviews providing pre and post review assistance to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and conduct recertification using CA Identity governance.
- Manage/ drive recertification reviews providing pre and post review assistance to customers.
- Maintain /enhance CA Identity governance implementation.
- Perform tool upgrade, enhancements and bugfix
- Work as an individual contributor
- Work on Microsoft Azure Devops to deliver projects in agile fashion

Qualifications:

- Professional with significant experience and extensive knowledge in Identity and Access governance field.
- A minimum of 8+ years plus administrative and operational support experience in Identity Governance; CA Identity governance is highly preferred and
- A minimum of 6 years experience working with Directories and Databases. CA and Oracle Directory experience is preferred
- A minimum of 6 years operational support experience
- A minimum of 4 years experience on Linux and Windows platform
- A minimum of 6 years experience in Java, Java Script technology

**Mandatory Technical Skills**:
Knowledge in CA Identity Manager
- Knowledge in Identity management System
- Experience in installing and configuring with CA Identity Governance and CA Identity Portal
- Excellent knowledge in Pentaho kettle scripts and Jasper Reporting tool
- Good knowledge in Databases and SQL queries
- Microsoft Azure
- Experience with recertification process, IT controls and Identity Management areas
- Deep technical expertise implementing CA Identity Governance (preferred) or equivalent recertification product and technology
- Java programming experience, including but not limited to Web Service, custom connectors and java scripts development
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, solution orientation in a fast-paced and global environment
