Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Time Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing timekeeping systems, ensuring seamless workflows and efficient processes.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Kronos Workforce Central & Dimensions: Manage and configure timekeeping systems, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, and other related functions.
  • InTouch Clock Configuration & Issue Resolution: Configure and troubleshoot InTouch clocks to ensure optimal performance and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Functional Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of functional processes, including FDDs, TDDs, PDDs, and AIDs.
  • HR Process Understanding: Possess in-depth knowledge of HR processes, from hiring to payroll, to ensure seamless integration with timekeeping systems.
  • Interface Development: Develop interfaces between Kronos systems and other HR systems, leveraging skills in SQL/PLSQL and WIM (when applicable).
Requirements:
  • Experience with Kronos WIM: Familiarity with Kronos Workload Intelligence Module (WIM) is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems: Strong understanding of HR systems, including Workday, PeopleSoft, and ADP.
  • Workforce Dimensions Certification: Certification in Workforce Dimensions is preferred but not required.
