About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Time Management Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our product team, you will play a critical role in bringing business strategies and opportunities to life through IT solutions.

You will serve as a liaison between IT and Business Consumers, working closely with stakeholders across markets and geographies to deliver high-quality products that meet their needs.

With your deep understanding of business functions and processes, you will advise on the best solutions to drive business value and growth.

Your expertise in time management, project implementation, and technical guidance will be invaluable in shaping our product strategy and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and Business Consumers to deliver business-driven IT solutions.
  • Translate business strategies into IT product requirements and play a key role in specifying, testing, and deploying those solutions.
  • Contribute to IT Strategy under the guidance of senior leadership.
  • Support the development of product strategy through incremental improvement.
  • Analyse, document, and test program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
  • Document training materials for product areas.
  • Deliver training to end-users using a train-the-trainer approach.
  • Support sustain support model by resolving solution issues.
  • Design business scenarios and use cases for product mix.
  • Work with Product Managers to define MVPs that satisfy business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related discipline, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Kronos Applications Specialist / Kronos Functional Consulting in Time Management, Multi-Country Time Solutions, with full-cycle Kronos Project Implementation experience for 2 or more countries.
  • SAP Payroll functional experience is advantageous.
  • Project management experience.
  • Business experience in Time Management is beneficial.
  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
  • Effective communicator across different organizational levels in English.
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams within a Product Management organization and multicultural stakeholders.
