Job Description

We are seeking an expert to manage time management, payroll and benefits in our HCM system. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of custom/standard processes, schemas and specific tables, as well as experience in solution design and development using ABAP HR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement time management and payroll solutions for employees
  • Develop and maintain custom/standard processes and schemas
  • Manage specific tables and their maintenance
  • Design and develop customized solutions with ABAP HR
  • Integrate Workday with SAP and perform data mapping
Requirements
  • Expertise in HCM systems and payroll processing
  • Knowledge of ABAP programming language
  • Experience in solution design and development
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
