About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to drive the development and implementation of solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in the areas of Payroll, Fast Formulas, and related integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, including Payroll, Fast Formulas, and related integrations
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for payroll issues, including audits, reconciliations, and compliance needs
  • Develop and configure Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll components
  • Create and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll processing, eligibility, and calculation rules
  • Design and build integrations with third-party systems such as benefits, tax vendors, time and attendance systems, etc.
  • Support payroll parallel testing, balance adjustments, and year-end activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, Payroll Enhancement Projects
  • Good functional knowledge on Payroll
  • Ideal candidate should have 80% technical and 20% functional skills
  • Ability to work from 4 AM PT to 1 PM PT (4:30 PM IST to 1:30 PM IST)
  • Familiarity with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), and HDL (HCM Data Loader) for data conversions and interface development
