Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications Implementation and Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, with a specific focus on Benefits and Compensation modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, specifically in the areas of Benefits and Compensation.
  2. Support end-users by troubleshooting and resolving system issues, providing guidance, and delivering user training.
  3. Perform system testing, including creating test scripts, executing tests, and documenting results.
  4. Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders to identify and address system gaps, propose solutions, and implement best practices.
  6. Maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications, with a focus on Benefits and Compensation functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Core HR functionalities is considered a plus.
  • Proven experience in gathering business requirements, designing solutions, and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Applications certifications are a plus.
