**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn and understand the fundamentals of **Oracle HCM Cloud** and **Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)** during the training period.
- Assist in configuring, implementing, and managing HCM systems for clients post-training.
- Work on real-world projects involving **data migration, system integration**, and **business process automation** using OIC.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HCM solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM system functionalities and integrations.
- Provide technical and functional support to clients post-deployment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in HCM technology and cloud integration.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹48,912.04 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift
