Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager

As a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for driving cost savings, sustainability, and innovation within our organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with expertise in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management.

About the Role:
  • Create and implement effective market-focused sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality supplies and services.
  • Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with supplier performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on contract negotiation and management.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management at a strategic level.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
