Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the procurement process and be able to manage the lifecycle of facilities contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure-to-Pay: Responsible for all aspects of the procurement process as it relates to the facilities spend category
  • Procurement Liaison: Assist employees across the organization in understanding the procurement process and policy
  • Contract Negotiation: Review and negotiate purchasing agreements with optimal pricing and commercial terms
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with end users, legal teams, senior leadership, and suppliers to define requirements and strategize on contract negotiations
  • Reporting: Track and report on procurement metrics to inform decision-making, including spend, savings, and contract performance
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Real Estate, Construction Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years of indirect procurement experience
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong cost analysis and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think critically to identify and solve problems
  • Sound judgment and ethical obligations to perform purchasing duties on behalf of the organization
  • Ability to prepare clear and concise specifications and other documentation
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Oracle Cloud & ServiceNow a plus
